Industrial Relations Case Management (IRCM)
Industrial Relations Case Management (IRCM) is a system of core functions for Industrial registries and Industrial Courts that covers the majority of their needs. It is recognised that each individual Industrial Registry and Industrial Court will have unique requirements which would be addressed as add-ons as part of the IRCM implementation process. IRCM is designed to assist the Industrial Registry and Industrial Court to manage their case load. It allows for the complete recording of the ‘life-cycle’ of Industrial Court and Industrial Registry matters.
The functionality that has been integrated into Industrial Courts Case Management includes:
- Application/Case receipting and registration
- Support for the data entry of all application types for the Registry, within the guidelines of the relevant business rules and procedures set by law
- Receipt and disbursement of fees and trust payments, including the integrated use of barcoding and cheque swipe hardware
- Automatic listing of applications to hearing (scheduling of cases for hearing) and issuing of Hearing Notices and archiving of the case files after finalisation
- Assisting in the booking of venues
- Assistance in the allocation of judges to hearings
- Preparation of hearing lists
- Seamless integration of the Word processing, E-mail and Fax software, automating the Registry’s correspondence thus minimising operator errors
- Order/Adjudication recording & issuing of Order Advice Letters
- Customisable Security and Auditing System to control user access
- Comprehensive searching, reporting and enquiry facilities
