MCMS (McGirr Case Management System)
MCMS version 1.5 has been released with new features enhancing an already functionally rich Case Management System. The system automates your tasks, scheduling both tasks and resources with alerts for overdue tasks. These features enables each user to be presented with their list of tasks due and a single click access to the particular case relating to the task. This workflow function provides the user with the ability to get to their tasks without having to trawl through the database to find cases they are working on. Personal diaries are automatically updated for Judges, Tribunal Members and Hearing Rooms to more fully automate the scheduling of resources. The system is Internet/Intranet web based and provides for electronic lodgements of applications for hearing via the World Wide Web and allows for accompanying documents to be lodged electronically. Further features include
- Flexible correspondence module allowing for easy setup of templates
- Document Management including ability to integrate with 3rd party document management systems
- Electronic Service Delivery
- In-court module allowing selected procedural orders to be produced at the end of a hearing using a wizard enabling parties to collect printed orders before leaving a hearing.
- Security and Auditing with a Single Sign On feature eliminating the need for multiple passwords to be managed by users.
