Business Correspondence Manager (BCM)

The Business Correspondence Manager is designed to allow for quick, easy to use and easy to repeat standard correspondence. The design allows new standard letters to be created without the need for any programming. BCM merges selected data from a nominated database into a MS Word template for printing or faxing. The individual letter formats generated are stored in a database and once the letters have been sent the correspondence history is also stored in the database.
